10 oz Hot Cup from Center for the Blind - 1000 pieces
This cup is very special - it is made by visually impaired and blind folks in a non-profit outreach and employment center in the mid-west. The cup is made from an elemental-chlorine-free paper with a heat-resistant corn plastic inner coating.
It is renewable and biodegradable, and meets the ASTM D6400 compostable plastic standards. What does that mean? It should biodegrade within 90-120 days in a commercial composting facility. Woohoo! Clovernook cups were also tested by an independent third party that verified biodegradability within 120 days.
The cup is white with a green tree stamp and the words “100% biodegradable, renewable.” Proceeds from this cup go towards the non profit center.
